  • After you make your decision all you’ve got to do is consistently show up ready to work.  We’ve got the rest covered.

Your tuition at Red River CrossFit in an investment in yourself and your health.  We aren’t the cheapest gym in town, but we do offer the most value.  At the other gyms in town you are just renting equipment and space.  When you join Red River CrossFit you are paying for coaching, expertise, and an awesome community.   With that said, here is how we recommend you getting started:

Step 1

No Sweat Intro:
Sign up for a FREE “No Sweat Intro”!
We’ll spend 30 minutes answering all your questions about membership, pricing, and our fitness programs including CrossFit, On-Ramp, and one-on-one personal training. This is a great opportunity for you to see if Red River CrossFit is a good fit for you.  We will talk about what your fitness goals are in addition to helping you pick the right program tailored specifically for you. Step 2

Our On-Ramp program is five (5) private sessions that will prepare you mentally and physically for Group classes.  During the 5 sessions, we will teach you the fundamental movements used in CrossFit and will gradually increase the intensity of the workouts so that you will be ready to kick some butt in your first group class. You must complete all 5 sessions before you will be allowed to join the Group Training.

Group classes allow our members to work with a professional coach for a fraction of the investment. All of our members are assigned to one of our coaches, who are responsible for monitoring progress and holding their athletes accountable to achieving their fitness goals.

When done correctly, all fitness levels can benefit from CrossFit.  CrossFit is a program that specializes in not specializing.  That means it’s designed to make you good at everything.  What that means to us is that it prepares you for life – everything from surviving emergency situations to making you a better tennis player to giving you more energy, mobility, and strength to play with your children/grandchildren.  It also means having more confidence in yourself.

Not ready for groups?

Try Personal Training!

Are you new to working out?  Do you have any movement limitations? Are you coming back from an injury?  Or do you just want some personal attention?  Then Personal Training is the option for you.  Work one-on-one with one of our coaches until you both are ready to move you on to the group classes.  The number of sessions will vary by individual but we will require that you learn the basic movements before you advance to group CrossFit classes.  Please schedule a No Sweat Intro for prices and trainer availability!
