Let’s get personal. At Red River CrossFit, personal training is designed around your goals. We look at what you WANT and what you NEED and design a program to fit that. Personal Training is a great option if you have been sedentary for an extended period of time, if you have an injury or range of motion limitations or if you just prefer one-on-one attention. It’s also a great option if you are training for something in particular (i.e. a race or other athletic event).

Like working out on your own but need some guidance? We can design an original program for you that you can complete on your own, when it’s convenient for you. This includes an initial consultation and assessment as well as weekly check-ins.
