Today’s WOD:
In teams of two, complete three rounds of:
1 min. of Wall Ball Shots
Rest 1 min.
1 min. of Pull-ups
Rest 1 min.
1 min. of Double-unders
Rest 1 min.
1 min. of Push Press (75/53 lbs)
Rest 1 min.
1 min. of Sit-Ups
You and your partner will move through five stations trying to score as many reps/points as possible. One partner works for the entire 60 seconds, and then rests while the other partner works for 60 seconds. Each partner will cycle through until they complete each station three times.
