Workout of the Day

Strong and limber

Today’s WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 min of:
5 Bar Muscle-ups
10 Med ball Push-ups
15 Barbell jumping squat

Post rounds and fraction of rounds to comments.

We will have a Yoga class today after our 1pm CrossFit class.

If you do not have membership here at Red River CrossFit, or you are out of training sessions for the week, drop-in will be $10 for the class.
